Johnny & Tina Miller started Tru Fitness with the goal of helping people become the heros of their own lives again. We love guiding people along their journey as they take back control of their health. It's what fuels our purpose and our passion.
We were witnessing the fitness industry go into a direction we didn't agree with. Programs were more focused on trendy, flashy, higher intensity workouts instead of addressing the PERSON and injury rates in the fitness industry have skyrocketed.
In discovering the power of Barefoot Training, Balanced Athlete and Nervous System Training, the Tru Fitness "Get Fit, Not Hurt" program was born. As educators, we also love teaching Trainers on our 1-of-a-kind methodology.
